摘    要:光波导显微术是在表面等离子波显微术(SPM)基础上的一项新技术.相对于光学显微镜、电子显微镜,表面等离子波是20世纪80年代发展起来的一项颇具前景的技术,用它来显示金属表面的微小物体,具有操作简单化,制作成本低,易于普及等特点.但是光波导显微术有望将横向分辨率提高一个数量级.该文主要是在表面等离子波的基础上介绍光导波显微技术,它是表面等离子波显微技术的进一步发展.

Abstract:Optical glass waveguides microcopy is a new promising technology based on SPM. Compared with optical microcopy with electro-microcopy, SPM is developed during the last two decades in the 20th century and now becomes a hot topic in the research field.Simple operation,low cost and easy adoption are the main advantages of SPM. Recently, some researchers proposed optical glass waveguides microcopy, by which the lateral resolution can be increased to an order of magnitude compared to SPM. This paper reviews the-state-of-the-art optical glass waveguides and presents prospective developments of the technology.
