| 摘 要： | 中国共产党的执政史可以分为局限执政和全国执政两个阶段。党的执政能力建设思想经过一个初步培育、全面探索期和形成发展期。在党的执政能力建设思想提出的过程,是一个与时俱进、不断创新、不断实践的过程,从中可以得到众多的启示。

| Abstract: | The history of governance of CPC falls into two phases: regional governance and full governance.The construction of governance capability of CPC has passed through three stages in its development such as: initial stage,full exploratory stage,and formation development stage.It is a constant innovation and practice process,from which a lot of cues can be taken. |
