| 摘 要： | 建立有文化的军队,是毛泽东建军思想的重要组成部分。早在革命战争时期,毛泽东就把提高部队的文化水平作为重要任务提了出来。建国后,他基于建设一支革命化、现代化、正规化的国防军的需要,更加强调文化工作是军队建设的重要任务。毛泽东的这些历史经验对人民军队文化的培育起到了开创性的作用。

| Abstract: | Building a cultural army plays an important role in Mao Zedong＇s military thought. Early in the revolutionary war, improving the cultural level of the force was put forward by Mao Zedong as an important task. After the foundation of New China, he put a greater emphasis on cultural work to serve the needs of building a revolutionary, modern and regularized army. His historical experience has made a pioneering contribution to the military culture construction. |
