摘    要:军队文化管理的实质就是智用文化管部队,充分发挥先进文化的育人功能、导向功能、塑造功能和凝聚功能。遵循的基本原则有:坚持以人为本,尊重官兵主体地位;坚持文化致胜,增强官兵人文素质;坚持打赢标准,锻铸官兵战斗意志;坚持追求卓越,激发官兵创新精神。当代革命军人核心价值观是我军军事文化的精髓和核心,也是军队文化管理的时代价值取向。
