借鉴SA8000制定企业社会责任标准

SA8000作为全球第一个可用于第三方认证的社会责任国际标准,具有某些贸易壁垒的作用和特点,但更应该看到SA8000的实质是对劳工的人文关怀。SA8000的核心内容对制定适合我国国情的企业社会责任标准具有重要的借鉴意义。我国企业社会责任标准的内容应当包括:目的和适用范围、制定依据、定义和术语、具体要求与评估指标、实施和监督。

SA8000,as the first international standard of corporate’s social responsibility to be used in the third party authentication,has some functions and characteristics of trade barrier,but we also have to realize that the essence of SA8000 is the humanistic concern for labor.The core content of SA8000 is significant for reference in formulating corporate’s social responsibility fitting our country’s situation.The content of our country’s corporate social responsibility is to include the purpose and applicable range,formulating basis,definition and terminology,detailed requirements and assessment index,implementation and supervision.
