D类功放开关电源的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了一种具有变频启动功能、可驱动超大电容负载的功放开关电源;同时在前级添加了有源PFC。另外为了更好地辅助硬件电路参数的设计,还分别针对PFC及功放电源两部分进行了Pspice电路仿真。仿真及实验结果表明:这种功放开关电源可以稳定推动4万μF大电容负载,而前级的PFC环节功率因数近乎为1,且总谐波失真度小于3%。

Abstract:A SMPS(Switch Mode Power Supply)for driving super capacitor with frequency-alterable startup is presented,Meanwhile a power factor correction located ahead of SMPS is also presented.In addition to direct the design of hardware better,simulation for PFC and Power Amplifier based on Pspice Model has been taken.The result of simulation and experiment show that the SMPS presented is capable to drive capacitive load,the power factor is approximate to 1 and THD is bellow3%.
