摘    要:生物材料的表面性能是影响材料血液相容性的重要原因,生物材料的表面改性对提高其血上容性有重要意义,目前国内外公认的材料表面内皮细胞化是提高生物材料血液相容性最为理想的途径。

Abstract:The major problem of biomaterials is its bad haemo-compatibility of long term using. The biomaterials' surface is the key factor for its haemo compatibility. So, many methods were focused on it. Such as the wetability surface, the negative charge surface and so on. The best way to improve the biomaterials' haemo compatibility is to implant the endothelial cell(EC) onto the surface. For a long period, the oligo peptide RGD were considered is the important recognize site of extracelluar matrix, so do the endothelial cell. The main idea of the research is to introduce the oligo peptide RGD onto the biomaterial surface. The UV irradiation methods was used to graft the acrylamide(AAM) to the surface of the poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) firstly. Then the PET films were treated by the Hoffman amide degradation reaction. This step is to active the reaction ability of the -NH 2. Thirdly, the amino acid glycine protected by o-phthalic anhydride was reacted with the PET film. In the forth step, the PET film was treated by the hydrazine hydrate. At last, the PET film was tested by the nihydrine. The positive results showed the glycine was grafted to the surface of the PET film.
