有机硅固砂剂在河南油田的开发与应用

摘    要:为了克服河南油田地层胶结疏松及经过钻井、采油等作业过程对地层的激励作用而引起的地层出砂 ,开发研究了有机硅高温固砂剂 ,并在河南油田井楼、古城两个稠油油田 1 0口井进行了现场应用 .结果表明 :该剂在 2 0 0℃以上固化的岩心可耐 35 0℃以上的高温 ,抗折强度大于 3.0 MPa,抗压强度大于 8.9MPa,单井有效期平均长达 3个月 .现场使用结果证明该固砂剂效果良好 ,可以推广使用

Abstract:In order to prevent formation unconsolidation and sand producing caused by drilling and production etc. a organosilicon sand consolidating agent is developed, and it is applied to 10 heavy oil wells of Jinglou and Gucheng areas, Henan Oil Field. The applications show that the cores consolidated at above 200℃ by the agent are able to bear the high temperature of above 350℃, their bending strength is greater than 3.0MPa, and their compression strength is greater than 8.9MPa; the average valid period of single well can come up to 3 months. The results are satisfactory, so the sand consolidating agent can be popularized.
