Study on Increasing Economic Benefit for a Coal Preparation Plant

This paper presents four suggestions on how to increase economic returns for a coal preparation plant under current economic crisis and increasingly fierce competition. First, production cost should be strictly controlled and resources be utilized comprehensively and reasonably. Second, marketable products should be manufactured to meet consumers＇ all-around needs. Third, effective technical management should be executed. Finally, scientific management should be introduced and marketing be strengthened in the plant to ensure its competiveness.
