| 摘 要： | 作者在研究关于赖氨酸的提取条件时，发现了赖氨酸在树脂上吸附的不可逆性与赖氨酸被吸附时的状态有关，为了寻找最佳吸附条件就要了解不同ｐＨ介质下赖氨酸的离解状态的规律。作者推导了多元两性酸碱离解状态的方程，并用之推导选择了赖氨酸提取的最佳ｐＨ条件，在全国第一个千吨级赖氨酸生产装置上取得了成功．

| Abstract: | The state equation of dissociation of polynary amphoteric compounds is proposed.The optimun conditions for the extraction of lysine are deduced from the equation,and they have ben used successfully in industral production by the equipment with a capacity of 1000 tons a year. |
