| 摘 要： | 中国共产党在新民主主义时期建立的中华苏维埃共和国建立了较为健全的关税制度,制定了较为合理的关税税率,增加了苏维埃政府的财政收入,促进了对外贸易的发展,改善了苏区人民的生活.
