| Abstract: | This paper uses the definition of Gauss sum,the estimation of trigonometric sum and the analytic method to study the distribution of the even power weighted mean of Dirichlet L-functions with the weight of Gauss sums,and give an interesting asymptotic formula of distribution of mean value. |
