| 摘 要： | 针对随机换刀的盘式刀库加工中心,提出了一种结合宏程序、PMC程序和参数设置来实现自动换刀的控制的方法,解决了大直径刀具的换刀问题,该方法在FANUC-0 iMC系统加工中心上调试成功。

| Abstract: | The paper is aimed at the ATC process of machine center with carousel storage.An automatic control method,combined with macro programs,PMC programs and parameter setting,is proposed.The problem of changing cutters with large diameters is solved.The method has been debugged successfully in the FANUC 0i-MC machine center. |
