| 摘 要： | 以《牛津高阶英汉双解词典》(第六版)为例,结合它的具体服务对象及其需要,分析了它在释义译文上的处理,并提出一些改进的看法.认为英汉双解词典释义译文中确实存在原文信息缺失现象,但并非都须补偿.指出释义的翻译程度应考虑读者的实际水平和使用需要.

| Abstract: | Taking "The Oxford Advanced Learner's English-Chinese Dictionary" as an example,this paper analyses its translation of English paraphrase from the readers' perspective,and puts forward some suggestions.It holds that although there's some information loss in the translation of English paraphrase,not all of them should be completed.The author points out that while translating the paraphrase Chinese readers' English understanding and their needs should be taken into account. |
