Applications of Mass Customization Supplementary Information Platform of Supply and Demand Network

Mass customization is personalization and customization of the product for mass production and is based on supply and demand network. Mass customization supporting information platform is created to make up the deficiencies in the supply chain, to integrate internal and external enterprise advantaged resources, and to meet the customer demand in a greater scope for mass production or customization, so as to achieve the goal of lowering costs and meeting customers＇ demands better. In this paper, the bottleneck of mass customization for modern enterprise is analyzed and some solutions are proposed. The overall framework of a mass customization supporting information platform based on supply and demand network is established, then promotion, marketing strategy and market risk of the platform are discussed in full detail.
