情境参数下人力资源部门绩效提升体系研究

摘    要:在人力资源部门绩效提升的一般框架体系的基础上,提出情境参数优先的动态的人力资源部门绩效提升的体系和途径。综合考虑五大情境参数:企业的市场情境、技术情境、管理情境,时期情境和评价结果情境,然后在情境参数分析与设定的基础上,提出特定的企业在特定的时期和情境下的有针对性的人力资源部门绩效提升的新思路,并根据价值工程理念进行评价。
