| 摘 要： | Excel函数库中各类函数众多,而实际办公自动化应用中,所使用到的这些函数的情况相对较少.适当使用这些函数可以比较显著的提高工作效率,同时有效降低由于人工等因素而出现的误差.本文根据学分制教务管理工作中的实际问题,以完成学生毕业成绩汇总及学分绩点统计为例,介绍了如何使用Excel的IF函数、INDIRECT函数、MATCH等函数和单元格的引用来解决问题,提高工作效率.除此之外,本文为《大学计算机基础》教学提供了一个较实用的案例.

| Abstract: | Among the various Excel Functions,only a small part of which has been applied to practical office automation,i.e.OA.Appropriate use of Excel Functions will remarkably improve work efficiency and reduce manual errors.This thesis,based on the educational administration under academic credit system,takes graduation score and grade point summary practice as example.The thesis mainly introduces how to solve issues and improve work efficiency by using Excel Functions such as IF,INDIRECT,MATCH and the cell reference,etc.Meanwhile,it will be the author’s great honor if it can serve as reference for academic Fundamentals of Computer education. |
