从大学生就业状况看创新能力培养的迫切性及途径

地方高校没有“名牌大学”的光环,没有在校期间骄人的创业业绩,加上专业的“冷门”,使得一些毕业生的就业之路走得非常艰难,出现短期待业的现象已成为现实。在这种不利的条件下,学校怨天尤人,于事无补,出路只在于面对现实,调整改革专业结构和课程设置,培养社会需要的、企业欢迎的具有创新能力的“复合型”人才。

The Necessity and Way of Creativity Cultivating in View of the Labor Market for University Students

Since the college graduates in the local universities don' t have the great achievements compared with those in the "Key Universities", they find it difficult in seeking jobs, some of them even face unemployment, especially for those whose majors are unpopular. In this situation, the local universities cannot complain but restructure the curriculum and adjust the courses and subjects so as to train the creative and versatile students who are popular with the enterprises and needed by the society.
