| 摘 要： | 在调查研究的基础上,针对高校公共体育课程教学的现状,探讨该课程教学改革的对策.强调以素质教育为指导思想,先进的教学理论为依据,灵活的教学方法以及合理的教学评价为手段,调动“教师的教”与“学生的学”两方面的积极性,拓宽高校公共体育课程的教育目标,培养学生健康的身心观和体育能力与习惯.

| Abstract: | This text directs at the current situation of university's public sports course teaching on the basis of investigations,probes into the countermeasure of the reform in education of university's public sports course.Emphasis is put on regarding quality-oriented education as the guidelines,the advanced teaching theory is a flexible teaching method and a reasonable teaching appraisal. |
