摘    要:针对SZ-X火工品自动测试系统"小样本"测试数据的特点,经过数据处理来研究并提出最合理的标准值计算及选取方法;经过测量数据的假设检验、方差分析、离散性分析、模糊隶属度等理论方法,分析测试系统的准确性、稳定性及重现性,讨论和评估测试系统的测试性能及火工品自身的质量稳定性。

Abstract:Based on the research of SZ-X HGP ATS,this paper studies the data processing and parameter estimation dealing with“little sample”,and then presents the optimal or reasonable caculation and choice of the standard value;and it applies mathematical satistics methods which include hypothesis testing,F-analysis,discrete analysis,fuzzy membership degree etc,to discuss and describe such attributes as accuracy,stability and reappearance,aimming at discussing and evaluating this ATS's testing characteristics as well as the performance stability of the HGP itself.
