中职学生顶岗实习制度的构建与研究

中职学生顶岗实习是目前职业学校广泛采用的教育模式，是中等职业教育实现“三以一化”课改思想的关键环节，是“双元制”职教模式的精髓所在。通过全面优化顶岗实习的制度环境，借助政府的政策扶持和强大的企业资源，能建立起中职学生顶岗实习的良性机制，最终促成学生成功就业。

The Research on the System Construction of Secondary Vocational School Students" Post Practice

Post practice is a widely-used education model in secondary vocational schools. It is both a key line to the realization of the professional curriculum reform which is characterized by “ three bases and one information” and the essence of the “ Dual System” vocational education. This paper is devoted to elaborating a good mechanism used for promoting the employment of secondary vocational school students, which can be established mainly from two aspects. One is to optimize the related regulations comprehensively. The other is to take fully advantage of the government supporting policies and powerful enterprise resources.
