| 摘 要： | 依据数据包络分析理论与方法,建立了Ｒ＆Ｄ项目中止决策有效性分析的指标体系和判模型,并结合我国实际,用它对多个Ｒ＆Ｄ项目实施情况以及他们的经济决定因素,技术决定因素和管理决定因素进行了数理分析,并在此基础上论述了影响我国实施创新非有效的管理因素及相应采取的对策与措施。

| Abstract: | Whether or not success of a R&D project depends upon to a large extent of executing process after project selection. This study, bused on Data Envelopment Analysis theory and method, evaluates dynamic executing process of R&D projects in the light of the practice of our country, and also analyses managerial barriers that yield the innovation projects become relative inefficient and proposes appropriate policy countermeasures that could be taken. |
