| Abstract: | Summary Quercetin was found to interact with the Ca2+-calmodulin complex, suggesting that it may act as a calmodulin antagonist in vivo to inhibit calmodulin-dependent phenomena caused by biologically active agents, including tumor promoters.This work was supported in part by grants-in-aid for scientific research from the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture, Japan. |
