无声放电臭氧发生器的特点分析

摘    要:臭氧在水处理、空气净化、器具消毒等领域内应用广泛.以工业上应用最为广泛的臭氧合成方法——无声放电法为例,介绍了国内外无声放电臭氧发生器的一些研究动态,对臭氧发生器的放电元件结构、介质材料、供电电源和空气预处理装置等进行了讨论。

Abstract:Ozone has been widely used in water treatment,air purification,utensil disinfection and so on. The most widely adopted method of ozone synthesis is silent electrical discharge. This paper offers a brief introduction on the research of ozone generator conducted by oversea and domestic designers recently. The research of this kind of ozone generators is mainly focused on the structure of discharge element,dielectric materials,power supply, unit of air pre-treatment etc.
