高等职业院校瑜伽选项课教学方法初探

通过对学生瑜伽课程的讲授,认为情景引导法、语言讲解与直观示范相结合法、纠错法、以身带动法、趣味学习法、评价激励法、分层次教学法等可以激发学生学习的积极性,对学生进行终身瑜伽锻炼起到良好的促进作用。

Teaching Methods of Elective Course of Yoga in Higher Vocational Colleges

Through the teaching of Yoga course for students,we think that the methods of scene guide,combining language explanation with intuitive demonstration,error correction,demonstration teaching,fun learning,evaluation and incentive,and mulit-level teaching can inspire students' enthusiasm for learning,and promote students' lifelong Yoga training very well.
