| 摘 要： | 自从1881年珲春增设副都统后,珲春的重要性突显。仅在贸易和开埠方面,1882-1911年间,晚清政府就与朝、日两国陆续签订了《中朝商民水陆贸易章程》、《吉林朝鲜商民贸易地方章程》和《中日会议东三省事宜正约及附约》三个条约,这三个条约分别就珲春与朝贸易和珲春设置商埠作了规定。也正是在这三个条约的推动下,珲春走向了对外开放,且对外贸易走向了一个新阶段。
