| 摘 要： | 反腐倡廉党内法规建设对于加强党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争具有重要意义。改革开放30年来,中国共产党适应党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的新形势新任务,不断加强制度反腐败的力度,在反腐倡廉党内法规建设方面取得了重大成就。但现行的反腐倡廉党内法规体系还存在不完善之处,通过对党内法规建设过程中存在问题的研究,进而提出改进的对策,对于加强党的建设具有重要的意义。
