| 摘 要： | 刘鸿训《辛酉皇华集》在韩国早已失传,但在中国国内有两种版本传世,学者却罕有知闻。刘鸿训是明朝崇祯朝颇涉争议的一位宰相,他的性格禀性及处事能力都在《辛酉皇华集》中有所体现,可以供我们研究其早期仕途的一些情况;而其出使朝鲜时正值后金兵攻陷沈阳、辽阳,二人甫入鸭绿江而归路即绝,不得已取道海路返国。对于刘鸿训、杨道寅的生平梗概,对于后金攻陷明朝东北地区的一些情况,对于朝鲜贡路由陆路改为海路的周折,这些在《辛酉皇华集》中都有反映。
