| 摘 要： | 水蒸汽蒸馏法制取女贞花挥花油 ,采用GC/MSD气质联用系统对女贞花挥发油化学成分进行分析 ,共鉴定出 18种化合物 ,主要成分为苯乙醇、芳樟醇、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、苯甲醇、α -萜品醇、牦牛儿醇等。

| Abstract: | The essential oil from Ligustrum flower was distilled by the way of water-vapor.And this oil was analyzed means of capillary gas chromatography and combined gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Eighteen compounds of essential oil were identified.The major chemical components in the essential oil are Benzeneethanol(39.6%),Linalool(14.2%),1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid dibutylester(11.4%),Benzylalcohol(4.9%),alpha-Terpineol(3.7%),Geraniol(3.7%). |
