基于模板的柔性计量平台设计

通过计量业务分析,提出了一种柔性的计量平台系统模型,分析了柔性计量的实现原理。根据某计量站应用需求设计了一个综合计量平台,该平台通过相应的计量模板,能支持手工、自动及文件导入的柔性测量,柔性数据处理以及柔性报表生成。应用表明,所提出的设计方法正确可行,能有效提高计量工作的质量和效率。

Design of Flexible Metrological Platform Based on Template

In this paper,the theory of flexible metrology is demonstrated deeply after the analyzing of metrological operations,and providing the system architecture of flexible metrological platform.In accordance with the application requirements of a certain metrological station,an integrated metrological platform is designed.With the corresponding template,the metrological platform can support the flexible measurement with the manual,automatic or file importing mode,supports the flexible data process and the flexible report generation.Through actual application,it's shown that the technology put forward in this paper is correct,feasible,it also can improve metrological works' quality and efficiency.
