| 摘 要： | 通过对高校教育技术中心技术人员的工作特点及工作中遇到的实际问题进行分析,对高校教育技术中心技术人员技术能力进行了探讨,同时提出了几点建议,旨在通过提高技术人员的素质和能力,来保证现代化教育技术的有效应用,最大限度地提高多媒体教学设备的使用效果。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the work characteristics of technical staff of educational technology center and the problems in practical work,this article discusses the capabilities of the technical staff and presents some suggestions on improving their quality and capacity so as to ensure the effective role of modern educational technology and maximize the using effect of multimedia teaching equipment. |
