我国动物源性食品安全的现状和对策研究

摘    要:日益突出的动物源性食品安全问题暴露了我国食品安全监管体系的缺陷。本文通过分析我国动物源性食品安全的现状及成因,对如何控制动物源性食品安全提出了具体建议,以期为完善我国动物源性食品安全监管体系的构建提供参考。

Abstract:The increasingly striking problem of animal derived food exposes the defects of food security supervision and management system.By analyzing the situation and causes,this paper presents some suggestions on how to manage the security of animal derived food,hoping to provide references for the construction of supervision and management system for animal derived food in our country.
