日本农村妇女土地权益问题探析

二战后日本农村妇女的综合地位有了很大提高,但对妇女经济地位起支撑作用的土地权益的进步相对迟缓。妇女土地权益是一个涉及到土地法、农业政策、社会性别意识、家庭农业经营特性等多方面因素的问题。理论上法律政策是妇女获得土地权益的保障,具体有效的执行要依靠家庭。通过获得土地权益夯实妇女的经济地位,进而推动妇女综合地位跃上更高台阶是日本农村社会发展应努力的方向。

Study on the Land Rights of Rural Women in Japan

The status of rural women in Japan has been greatly improved in the postwar.But the women’s families,the economical and social status is not balanced and coordinated development.Women’s land right is a matter of law,policy,gender awareness,farm family characteristics and other farming factors.Theoretically,law and social policy is the protection of women’s access to land rights,concrete and effective implementation depends on the family.To reinforce the economic status of women through the acquisition of land right,further promote family,social status to a higher level is the target that the Japanese rural community should work towards.
