安徽省民政事业经费长效保障机制研究

民政事业经费是民政部门和所属事业单位一切工作的物质基础和财力保证,是民政事业的命脉所在。近几年安徽省的民政事业取得了长足发展,但是民政事业经费的投入支出结构及管理体制上仍存在很多问题。通过对安徽省民政事业经费管理现状及存在问题的分析,提出了建立安徽省民政事业经费长效保障机制的对策。

Study on the Long-term Safeguard Mechanism in the Expenditures on Civil Administration Undertakings in Anhui Province

Expenditure on civil administration undertakings,as the material foundation and financial guarantee for departments of civil affairs and their subordinate institutions,is the lifeblood of civil affairs.In recent years,the civil affairs in Anhui Province have gained great progresses,but there are still a lot of problems about the investment and expenditure structure and management system in the expenditure on civil administration undertakings.Through analyzing status of expenditure management and the existing problems,this paper presents some measures of establishing the long-term safeguard mechanism in the expenditure on civil administration undertakings in Anhui Province.
