| 摘 要： | 《伊芙琳》是詹姆斯.乔伊斯短篇小说集《都柏林人》中最精悍却意味隽永的一个短篇。少女伊芙琳的精神状态是当时整个都柏林女性生存境况的缩影。从精神分析学派生本能、死本能以及主体三界的理论着手,可以揭示出伊芙琳停滞在青春期的想象世界,无法过渡到成年期的象征世界,却又渴望回归到无所忧虑的实在世界,正是导致她精神与肉体双重瘫痪的根源所在。

| Abstract: | Eveline is a short story in James Joyce’s Dubliners,a collection of short stories.Eveline’s spiritual dilemma shows the existential predicament of the female living in Dublin.Eveline stays at the imaginary and fails to move to the symbolic in the adult world,but at the same time,she dreams that she could return to the real world in which there is no absence.From the perspectives of life instincts,death instincts and the three orders,the reason why Eveline is trapped into mental and physical paralysis can be demonstrated. |
