后ECFA时期闽台金融合作的机遇、挑战与路径

福建是对台经贸先行区域,闽台金融合作具有良好的基础。ECFA的签署为闽台金融机构互设、深化资本市场合作、共建两岸区域金融中心和综合实验区提供了更广阔的机遇和平台。但后ECFA时代,闽台金融合作也将面临区域竞争增强、开放程度差异以及监管难度增加等挑战。福建应以两岸区域金融中心建设为重点,不断深化闽台金融合作,促进两地经济共同发展。

Study on the Opportunity,Challenge and Strategy of Deepening Financial Corporation between Fujian and Taiwan during Post-ECFA Period

Fujian Province is an antecedent region for economy and trade to Taiwan,which lays good bases for financial corporation between Fujian and Taiwan.ECFA brings opportunity for Fujian and Taiwan to set up financial institution mutually,deepen corporation of the capital market and establish the cross-strait regional financial centre and comprehensive experimental community jointly.But the coporation between Fujian and Taiwan faces the challenges of regional competition,the difference of the opening and the financial supervision.Fujian must take the establishment of the cross-strait regional financial centre as an emphasis to continuously deepen the financial cooperation and promote the mutual development of the two regions.
