中国政府发展生态政治建设的困境

改革开放后，我国采取了市场经济体制和有效的经济发展政策，经济进入了前所未有的高速发展时期，但我国的经济增长模式是高投入、低效率的粗放型的发展模式，走的是一条“边治理边破坏、治理与破坏同步、破坏大于治理”的道路，给环境带来了巨大的压力与破坏。尤其是进入到21世纪后，自然环境的状况成为了我国经济、社会发展的巨大瓶颈。我国目前的生态治理体制、政策和政府结构与职能有其内在问题与矛盾，成为中国政府生态政治建设发展的最主要的制约因素。

Chinese Government’s Plight in the Development of Eco-political Construction

After the reform,our country adopts the effective economic development policy in market economic system and the economy goes into the unprecedented development period,but China’s model of economic growth is an extensive development mode with high investment and low efficiency,which brings environment enormous pressure and destruction.Especially,in the 21st century,natural environment situation becomes a great limit in Chinese economic and social development.There are internal problems and contradictions in our current ecological management system,policy and government structure and function,being the main restricting factors of the development of eco-political construction for Chinese government.
