The Strategies for Solving the Conflicts between Public Policies and Network Opinions

Internet has become one of the most important platforms for the Party and government to run state and manage affairs.Network opinions have become an important invisible force,and also an important basis for public decisions made by the government.Currently,the conflicts between public policies and network opinions occur frequently.So,the government should make good use of network opinion,build a network communication mechanism actively and achieve the interaction between the government and demos to promote the democratization and scientific process for making public policies.
