| 摘 要： | 从研究住房抵押贷款保险的背景及意义出发,分析了住房抵押贷款所面临的信用风险及成因;介绍了住房抵押贷款保险的种类及国内常见险种;对住房抵押贷款保险中贷款人身份定位,保险人赔偿和给付条件进行了剖析;对国内住房抵押贷款保险条款的设计给出笔者的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on studying the background and significance of housing mortgage loan insurance,this article discusses the credit risks and causes,introduces the types of housing mortgage loan insurance and the common domestic insurance types,analyzes insurers’ compensation and prestation conditions through positioning the identity of lenders and gives some suggestions on the design of domestic housing mortgage loan insurance clauses. |
