吉林省高学历失业产生的经济社会机制分析

高学历失业与一般失业产生的原因不同,它是产业形成机制、经济周期机制和体制机制等多方面经济社会机制作用的结果。吉林省作为高等教育比较发达但经济相对落后的省份,高学历失业现象不但存在而且较为严重,本文针对吉林省高学历失业产生的经济社会机制进行分析,目的在于增强政府相关部门和社会的重视。

Analysis on the Economic Society Mechanism Brought by the Unemployment of Talents with High Educational Background in Jilin Province

The reasons for the unemployment of talents with high educational background are different from that of common groups.It is the interactive result of economic social mechanisms such as industry formation mechanism,economical cycle mechanism,and system mechanism.Jilin,as a province,in which higher education is well developed but economy is relatively backward,has a serious problem of the unemployment of talents with high educational background.This article analyzes economic social mechanism brought by the unemployment in Jilin Province,hoping to get attention from relevant governmental departments and our society.
