| 摘 要： | 模糊性是人类语言的必然属性，作为语言变体之一的立法语言也必然离不开模糊性。从语义学角度，在原型范畴理论的框架下，主要采用中关刑事立法语料，通过定性定量分析的方式，从范畴化角度剖析立法语言中的语义模糊性，通过展示其成因及形成过程，从而证实立法模糊性存在的普遍性与必然性，有利于对立法模糊性的全面理解与正确对待。

| Abstract: | Vagueness is the intrinsic property of language.Legislative language,as a special variety of language,is inseparable from vagueness.From the semantic perspective and within the framework of prototypic category theory,this thesis proves the prevalence and the inevitability of legislative vagueness by showing its causes and process,with a light to the understanding and treatment of legislative vagueness. |
