| 摘 要： | 我国的法治建设是建立在我国的社会主义经济基础之上的，我国的法治建设遵循唯物主义有关上层建筑是经济基础反映的客观规律；而社会主义意识形态是以历史唯物主义为世界观基础，反映无产阶级的根本经济政治利益的、自觉的、系统化的思想观念体系，是对当前我国基本国情的科学反映。那么，社会主义意识形态与我国的法治建设二者有没用关系呢？如果有，那它们之间是什么关系呢？本文将试图通过论证马克思主义意识形态在我国法治建设中的作用，以期客观地揭示二者的关系。

| Abstract: | Chinese legal construction is established on the basis of socialist economic foundation,following the objective law of the materialism that economic foundation reflects superstructure;while socialist ideology regards historical materialism as the world view,reflecting proletarian thought and concept system of political and economical interests,awareness and systematization,which is a scientific reflection of current condition.This paper tries to demonstrate the effects of Marxism ideology in Chinese legal construction,hoping to reveal the relationship between the two. |
