Mn掺杂ZnO纳米颗粒制备及磁性研究

摘    要:采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了Mn掺杂的ZnO,采用X-射线分析(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等手段,对样品进行了表征。结果表明:粉体中MnO2的含量较小,主要以小团簇的形式均匀的弥散在ZnO中;Mn掺杂ZnO纳米颗粒的晶粒尺寸与Mn的掺杂量无关,但是与热处理温度有关;VSM测试结果表明样品具有室温铁磁性,样品的饱和磁化强度随Mn的掺杂量的增加,先增大后减小,在2%时,样品的饱和磁化强度达到最大值。

Abstract:Mn-doped ZnO is made by sol-gel and the characteristics of the samples are investigated by XRD,SEM and VSM.The results indicate that the content of MnO2 in powder is less,mainly dispersing in ZnO powder via the form of small clusters.The size of Mn-doped ZnO nanoparticles has no relationship with the ratio of Mn-doped,but it is closely related with the temperature of the heat-treatment.VSM tests show that the samples exhibit ferromagnetism of room temperature.With the enhancement of the ratio of Mn-doped,the saturation magnetization of the samples first increases and then decreases.The maximum of the saturation magnetization reaches highest when the ratio of Mn-doped is 2%.
