微灌用自吸自动网式过滤器水头损失的试验研究

摘    要:微灌新型自吸自动网式过滤器作为一种新型产品,在水力性能方面其设计和生产缺乏可靠的依据。为达到使用安全和节约能源,在对新型过滤器过滤机理和运行机理系统分析的基础上,对其进行较系统的水力性能试验研究,分析了过滤器水头损失与过流量的关系,指出了过滤器水头损失随过流量的变化规律,得出了自吸自动网式过滤器的水头损失计算公式;水头损失与流量的关系曲线显示,该种过滤器具有流量增量较大而水头损失变化较小的优点。通过确定不同流量下的水头损失值,利用公式计算出水泵扬程,为用户提供了重要的技术参数。

Abstract:Self Cleaning Water Screen Filters as new products lack the reliable basis in the hydraulic performance of their design and production.In order to achieve the use of safety and energy conservation,the filter experiments were implemented based on the analysis of the filtering mechanism and operation mechanism to study the hydraulic performances of self cleaning water screen filter.The water head loss with the variety of the flow was found after having analyzed the relation;an empirical equation of head loss of Self Cleaning Water Screen Filter was put forward.From the head loss and the flow curve,it is found that the flow increases quickly but head loss has small incremental.The lift of pump could be calculated when the head loss of the different flow was determined.These efforts could offer the important technical parameter for the users.
