| Abstract: | Arts education in college is the fashion and the activities of education. Arts is the medium. It is the necessary and important part in college. Its root is the demand of students and rules of education, arts and speciality. Except those aspects, complexion of China is another important root. It is one of the effective methods to bring up talents of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
