| Abstract: | Student Cadre plays an important and special role in colleges.In underdeveloped areas,student cadre is mostly needed to play their roles in the local college for some reasons.Therefore,we should on the base of real condition of local college,actively explore the new ways to enhance the quality of student cadre,and better promote the ordered development of students work in local college. |
