摘    要:从环境保护的角度出发,提出了运用RS/GIS技术确定管道工程建设项目最优环境路线的方法.该方法从社会、生态、水和噪声4个方面考虑管道工程建设项目对环境的影响,通过Delphi法和层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,根据评价指标环境敏感度大小对评价区域划分敏感等级,依据Bellman最优化原理,用最短距离确定环境最优路线,并...

Abstract:From environmental protection’s angle embarking,proposed the method to determinate the most superior environment route of Pipe-ine construction project by using RS/GIS technology.The method considered the environmental effection during constructing the pipe-line project from social,the ecology,the water and the noise 4 aspects,and determined the weight to each evaluating indicator through the methods of Delphi and analytic hierarchy process.The evaluated regions were divided the sensitive rank according to environment sensitivity size of the evaluating indicators,and determinate the most superior environment route by the most short distance method,and quantitative analysised the biological stock losses、soil erosion quantity based on this route.Using this method to the project practice,the most superior environment route were coincided basically with the expert group recognized situation,which proved its validity and the feasibility.
