Abstract:The calculation of the atmospheric environmental capacity,which incorporates atmospheric transfer,diffusion and emission in some local areas,is the basis of implementing the total quantity control of atmospheric pollutants.The macroscopic total emission control A-value method was applied for the calculation of atmospheric environmental capacity of SO2 of the Baoji city on the basis of(the technical method of the air pollution discharging standard GB/T13201-91).The result indicates the SO2 atmospheric environmental capacity of the Baoji city is 50 892 t/a,namely in this area the most greatly 50 892 t SO2 may be discharging every year,which definitely might meet the city working demand at present.
