TLC与GC法测定红薯叶多糖的单糖组成

摘    要:去蛋白后的红薯叶多糖,经Sephadex-G100凝胶层析法纯化后,利用薄层色谱法结合酸水解,糖腈乙酰化气相色谱分析法测定红薯叶多糖的单糖组成和各组成的物质的量比.结果表明:红薯叶多糖的单糖组分有木糖(Xyl)、甘露糖(Man)、葡萄糖(Glu),其量的比0.47:0.35:0.18.

Abstract:The de-protein polysaccharides from sweet potato leaf(PSPL)was purified and separation via Sephadex G-100 gel column chromatography.The results showed:The PSPL was composed of Xyl,Glu and Man in molar ratio of 0.47 ∶ 0.35 ∶ 0.18.
