Foundation·Pattern·Experience:Analysis of Wuhu's Culture Industry

In recent years,by the integration of resources and deepening the reform,Wuhu city government translated its advantages in resources into advantages in industry,and promoted the development of the regional cultural industries.With the methods of documentary review,interview investigation and data-analysis,based on Wuhu’s cultural industries’ analysis,the paper explores its development patterns: policy guide + cultural brands + industrial chains,and sums up its experience: deepening the reform of the system of managing cultural undertaking,enhancing the support from the government policies,building culture brands,pulling the improvement of the residents’ consumption of culture,constructing culture industry clusters,hereby coming into being effect of incubation and scale,and paying attention to talent education.
